Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Devora Ranells Beauty & Aesthetics Center (“we”, “the salon”), Nachal Ein Gedi 31, Beit Shemesh, collects through devoraranells.com, what we do with it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Callback form. If you ask us to call you back, we receive your name, phone number, the treatment you chose (optional), the page you were on, the language of the site, and the campaign or source that brought you to the site, if any.
Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you send us, and your phone number.
Booking. Booking and price lists are on a separate booking system (EZBZ). What you enter there is handled by that service under its own terms and privacy policy.
Visit data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (including Google tag) and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to see how the site is used and how our ads perform. These tools set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and which buttons you pressed (call, WhatsApp, booking, callback). We do not use them to identify you by name.
Accessibility settings. If you use the accessibility toolbar, your choices are saved in your own browser only. They are not sent to us.

Why we use it

To call you back, answer your question and arrange your appointment.
To manage our relationship with you as a client, such as appointment records and reminders.
To understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure our advertising.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, such as spam through the form.

We do not sell your details. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages without your consent.

Who receives it

Only as needed to run the service:

Salon staff, who receive callback requests by email and in our client management system (Easybizy).
Service providers that host and protect the site and send its email, such as our hosting provider and Cloudflare.
Google and Meta, through the analytics and advertising tools above.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these providers are outside Israel, so your information may be processed abroad.

Cookies

The site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Meta to measure visits and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. The site works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep callback requests and client records for as long as needed to handle your request and serve you as a client, and as the law requires. After that we delete them or remove identifying details.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You are not legally required to give us your details, but without a phone number we cannot call you back. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the administration area is restricted, and the form has spam protection. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
